It comes from trade-ins, so what is on the shelf today may not be tomorrow. Ring for what is actually in.
What refurbished means here
- Tested, cleaned, and wiped properly — not just reset.
- Battery health checked, and replaced if it is not up to it.
- Any fault disclosed before you buy, including cosmetic marks.
- Bought from the shop that can repair it, with parts from Apple.
Why buy a used phone from a repairer
Because when something goes wrong you bring it back to the bench that checked it, rather than posting it to a marketplace seller. And because we can tell you honestly which generation is still worth buying — some are not.
