Why we can say this and mean it

We built it for ourselves first. iComm is a repair shop and an IT company, and every part of this runs our own business before it runs yours — the booking diary customers use, the price list behind every page on this website, the messages that go out when a job is ready, the review request after it is collected. We are not reselling somebody else's platform and hoping it fits. We wrote it, we run it, and when you need it to work differently we can change it.
