Data recovery
Getting your files back
Drives fail, phones drown, and the backup nobody tested turns out to be three years old. Most of the time something can be recovered — and the first thing to know is that the assessment costs you nothing.
Stop using it
This is the most useful thing on this page. Every time a failing drive spins up it can lose a little more, and every file written to a phone or card overwrites something deleted. If the data matters, turn it off and bring it in. Software bought in a panic and run on the original drive is how recoverable data becomes unrecoverable.
What we see most
How it works
- Bring it in, or we collect — £20 anywhere in Northamptonshire, there and back.
- We assess it and tell you what is recoverable and what it will cost. That part is free.
- You decide. Nothing happens until you have a figure.
- If we recover nothing, there is nothing to pay.
When to go elsewhere
Component-level work on a drive is one thing; a clean-room rebuild of a physically damaged platter is another, and that is specialist work with a specialist price. If that is what yours needs, we will say so and tell you who does it rather than take your money to find out.
Bring it in
The assessment is free and you get a price before anything is attempted.
