How much does it cost?
£99 including VAT per tracker, supplied and fitted. Then £10 + VAT (£12 inc VAT) per vehicle per month, with a 12-month minimum term, after which it runs month to month until you cancel.
Can I see all my vehicles on one map?
Yes. Every tracked vehicle shows on one live map on your phone or computer, with each vehicle's trips and alerts.
Can I use it for mileage records?
Yes. It records business mileage for you. You're still responsible for making sure your records meet HMRC's requirements for your business.
What happens if a vehicle is stolen?
Report it to the police, then mark it stolen. The tracker reports more often and you can give the police a live link. Tracking helps, but it can't guarantee a vehicle is recovered.
Do my drivers need to know?
Yes. Tracking vehicles that staff drive counts as monitoring people, so tell your drivers and put it in writing. Privacy hours can hide vehicles used privately outside work.
