What is happening to analogue phone lines?
Openreach is retiring the traditional analogue (PSTN) and ISDN network, with 31 January 2027 as the deadline. Businesses still on those lines need to move to a digital service.
What about card machines, alarms and door entry?
Some older equipment uses an analogue line and may need changing. The free line check is where we find these — and we'll tell you what to check with the equipment's own supplier.
Do I need a new internet connection?
Usually not. The phone system runs over the connection you already have. We check it can carry your calls before recommending anything.
