Before you replace it
A five-year-old laptop with a mechanical drive is not a slow laptop, it is a laptop with a slow drive. That is often under a hundred pounds and twenty minutes. We will tell you when a machine is genuinely past it — and when it is not, which is more often than you would think.
For businesses
If it is a work machine, the repair is usually the small half of the problem. Getting the person working again is the other half, and that is what the IT support side does.
