Just received excellent and friendly service from a person who was most helpful and clearly had knowledge and expertise at a high level on iPhones and Apple products.
I wish I’d known about this centre before and would strongly recommend a visit it to anyone considering buying an Apple product before a decision is made as to where to buy or if a repair or fault is diagnosed for it to be carried out.
Quick, fast repair carried out on site whilst I waited for the fault on my refurbished iPhone 7 to be fixed.

Brilliant service from start to finish.
I washed my sons phone they were so helpful on phone and when I got there they fixed it very quickly and put on new screen, extremely helpful staff giving great advise and explained everything. Phone fixed quickly and very reasonably priced. Will certainly be using them again if I have a phone problem.

I went in last night at 5.30pm with a cracked iPhone 8 Plus screen. Within 45 minutes it was done! Good price, good customer service and overall good experience.. would definitely recommend!

Amazing Service!
Amazing. Would definitely recommend to others. I brought my iPhone here after getting a dodgy screen repair from a different company and ripped off as my phone broke again a few days later. The staff at icomm solutions were really helpful and friendly, especially the young lad who helped me with directions to the place!! Handed my iPhone over and was told by the technician it would take approximately half an hour to fix, but he managed to fix it in about 10 minutes! Had no problems with my phone since. I am a very happy customer, thank you!

Genuine apple repair shop & I highly recommend.
Came across icomm 4 years ago when my battery died on my I phone, they Changed the battery straight away and whilst I was there I spoke to them about my phone contract, they offered me a deal where I was getting more for less money whilst still staying with 02 and if I have a problem I call their direct line or the owners mobile whereas when I was with the high street phone company it was always hassle getting someone on the phone and even more hassle getting the problem sorted, not that I’ve had any problems with my bills because I haven’t but I have broke/damaged phones and these guys are always there to sort the problem whilst always offering a cup of tea/coffee before they do anything.
