Are the quoted prices inclusive of postage?
Yes, all the prices quoted for the repairs include return postage.
How long does it take to fix my Smartphone or Tablet?
70% of our repairs are completed on the same day of receiving the Smartphone or Tablet, but sometimes dues to circumstances out of our control we may take a little longer, if there is a delay we will let you know.
How should I post my Smartphone or Tablet to you?
We strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service as it will allow you to track your iPhone and insures up to £500 it in case its lost in the post.
Do you guarantee your Repairs?
All our repairs comes with 90 day guarantee as standard. If a repair becomes defective or the replacement component fails within 90 days we will happily to repair your device at no extra cost to you.
If I change my mind is there still a charge?
If you decide not to proceed with a repair we won't charge you for our time and effort in diagnosis and handling, however you would have to cover the cost of the return postage of your device (a flat cost of £5.00 for Royal Mail Normal Recorded Delivery or £7.00 for Royal Mail Special Delivery applies).
If you can't fix my Device or Tablet is there a charge?
If we can't fix your device then we won't charge you a penny for our time and effort, however you would have to cover the cost of the return postage of your device (a flat cost of £5.00 for Royal Mail Normal Recorded Delivery or £7.00 for Royal Mail Special Delivery applies).
Can I drop off my Device or Tablet to the service centre in person?
Yes, if its convenient for you to drop your Device or Tablet at our service center. You are more than welcome to drop your iPhone at our service center
Will you perform repairs on my Device or Tablet still in warranty?
Yes we do, however if your Device has a fault that is repairable under warranty we would advise you to contact the manufacture directly in the first instance. If they are unable to help we will happily perform a repair.
How do you return my repaired Device or Tablet back to me?
Your Repaired Device or Tablet will be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Service) or by one of our designated Courier . All items are fully insured and traceable.
Do you offer a telephone support service?
Yes, we do offer telephone and live support, please check our contact details for further information.
Which models do you repair?
We repair most Smartphones and Tablets for Apple, BlackBerry, Google, HTC, LG, Motorola, Nexus, Nokia, Samsung and Sony.
Will I lose the songs and videos on my Device or Tablet when you repair it?
We try our best to protect your songs and videos or any other data on your Device or Tablet however we can't guarantee that your media or data will remain intact. We recommend that you backup your Device or Tablet before sending it in for repairs.
Should I send in my accessories with my Device or Tablet?
No these are not required, please only send the Device or Tablet needs to be repaired.
